Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days depending on your location. Delivery charges may apply and vary by region. Primerr is not liable for any damages due to delivery delays.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns are only accepted for size issues or genuine product defects. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact. Refunds are not issued unless the product is defective and no replacement is available.

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or device display. We do not consider minor color differences to be defects.
